HISTORY Was a member of the Alpha Team in the STARS unit in Raccoon City. Beforehand was a Navy SEAL. Joe was mauled by the zombie dogs aka Cerberus when he was with the rest of the Alpha Team searching the woods for the lost Bravo Team. Was left to die as the rest of the members of his team took off running. Them running allowed the dogs to focus on them, not Joseph.
LIFE TODAY Joe works for/ with Kevin in the arms dealing business. He helps make the weapons and vehicles. Still hates dogs. He is also a genius when it comes to computers. Not too bad of a bartender either.
